Clinch-Curver
Clinch-Curvers are designed for use in automated production, e.g. in assembly lines or robot batteries. Significant features and benefits are the clamping and clinching of the component in one work stroke. Component feeding from above with the leg open, making transport items such as clinch frames or pliers unnecessary. Optional online quality assurance is possible. Various tool holders/ clinching types can be installed. Multipoint tool holders can also be used. Adjustable path limitation enables precise setting for optimal clinch results. The horizontal throat can be varied in four stages using interchangeable legs. Drives can be hydraulic, pneumohydraulic or pneumatic.
