Roller clinching

Roller clinching stations are used as components in assembly lines adjacent to the profiling machinery or as stand-alone units. The joints are produced in the process without slowing down or stopping the components. Roller clinching allows for the joining of profiles at high profiling speeds, and thus caters for highly efficient and economical metal sheet joining of continuous profiles and individual component parts. The simple and cost-effective construction of our roller clinching units, the short retooling times when changing sheet thickness or profile geometries as well as the low-maintenance design of the machines further contribute to the excellent economy of our roller clinching units.
