Stationary clinching unit DFG 500/60
The clinching unit DFG 500/60 is a stationary, universal machine for clinching of sheet metal and profiles. In particular the big throat allows the clinching of unwieldy and/or hollow ball like components. The machine is equipped with an integrated hydraulic drive unit and very quiet.
The closing of the pliers arm is activated to foot switch. A safety control drives the arm with low pressure into operating position. Then follows the working stroke. Changeable tool holder, each past 90 ° removable for clinching tools of the overall height 30/32 mm. Other tool holder are on request possible. The Working pressure is preset, the adjustable path limit is to be set for the respective joining task. That also allows a mild demand of the machine and reproducible results under steady load.
