The new conversion Kit KF665 is available since September 2011. The old KF 665 machine can now be upgraded in a few steps. This Kit consists of a complete new electronic system, including a modern operating touch-screen panel and a triple foot pedal.

The old KF 665 will be upgraded within two days by an ECKOLD technician. At the same time instruction and training will be provided to the customer. After the conversion, the customer will have practically a new machine.  

The most important feature of the Kit is the possibility to work in single stroke. The work pieces can therefore be formed and corrected more precisely thank to this new feature. Some of our customers already have upgraded their old machine. They are very satisfied about the new system and point out this change makes the machine still more reliable and more efficient. They liked the operating touch-screen panel. According to them, “The setting and selection of the parameters is very easy to make”. Some more advantages:

• The display area of the Touch-Screen informs about the pressure applied on  the tool working. This feature helps to use the tool in a more efficient way and shall extend its life time.

• A database (library) provides information about all available tools for the machine.

• All parameters can be selected besides the touch-screen also by the foot pedal. This way,  the operator can hold the working piece with both hands during the entire forming process.
